Wedding Plans
One member of the engaged couple must be a participating registered member of OLOW at least one year before wedding date. The couple must contact the pastor at least six months in advance of the anticipated wedding date to reserve the church and fulfill the required preparation for marriage.
Music
Our staff will assist you with musical selections appropriate for your Catholic Wedding liturgy. It is preferred that only liturgical songs and music are played before and during the wedding ceremony.
Musicians and vocalists are a wonderful enhancement to your celebration. We have a staff of talented, qualified instrumentalists and vocalists. Taped music or music from a CD is discouraged.
Marriage Preparation
Congratulations on your engagement and your upcoming wedding! Your journey is just beginning and it is important that you plan for your lifetime commitment together.
A Marriage Preparation Program is an opportunity for you to gather with other engaged couples and focus on your marriage beyond the wedding. A facilitator presents skills and guides a discussion that will assist you in living out a lifetime commitment in marriage together.
